The recruitment department is tasked with ensuring that every candidate undergoes a thorough and comprehensive vetting process. This includes:

  • Background Checks: Performing extensive background checks to verify the candidate’s history and credentials.
  • Service Records: Reviewing service records to assess the candidate’s experience and reliability.

Training:

At Vedunity Guard Security Service, all guarding personnel undergo a comprehensive Security Training Course designed to equip them with the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently and productively. Our training process is continuous and progressive, ensuring that our employees’ knowledge is regularly refreshed and further developed throughout their careers.

Our state-of-the-art training facility includes a well-equipped classroom with a projector, advanced training equipment, and a seating capacity of 40 persons. This environment fosters effective learning and skill development.

We design site-specific training courses tailored to the unique needs of each client. These courses are developed after thorough discussions with the client and a detailed assessment of the staff’s training needs. The primary goal of these courses is to enhance the security skills of our personnel and to develop management skills in our supervisory and management staff.

Training Module

At Vedunity Guard Security Service, our training module is comprehensive and meticulously designed to cover all aspects of security operations. The training is divided into three main categories:

Basics – Our foundational training focuses on essential skills and knowledge, including:

  • Physical Fitness Training: Ensuring our personnel are in peak physical condition.
  • Duties and Responsibilities: Clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct: Proper conduct in public, correct wearing of uniform, maintaining alertness, courtesy, obedience, and mannerisms.
  • Identification: Recognizing badges of rank in police and military forces.
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding the right to private defense, filing FIRs, and knowledge of PF, ESIC, and LWF benefits.

Trade-Related Skills- We train our personnel to handle various security situations effectively:

  • Diverse Environments: Security for reception, gates, stores, factories, residences, hotels, malls, banks, ATMs, and cash in transit.
  • Patrolling: Effective patrolling techniques and search procedures.
  • Procedures: Handling and taking over procedures, register maintenance, log books, and key management.
  • Technology: Operation of CCTV, metal detectors, breath analyzers, and other security instruments.
  • Identification: Examining identification papers and report writing for supervisors and higher posts.

Emergency Response – Our emergency training ensures readiness for any crisis:

  • First Aid: Basic and advanced first aid training.
  • Fire Prevention and Control: Techniques to prevent and control fires.
  • Crisis Response: Effective responses to crises and disaster management.
